This sealing device is used to prevent solution from leaking into the interior cabinet. Refer to A200 Service Procedure 4 or ANKOM Packing Installation Part 1 for installation procedure.
New Bag Suspender design – Ongoing research on the bag suspender suggested a higher degree of level to level variation for some sample types. This led us to develop a new design that would do a better job of controlling the vertical flow to make sure the flow rate is basically the same at each level. This new design is now being shipped with all new A200 and A2000 series fiber analyzers.
If you are planning to order replacement trays for your fiber analyzer with the original design we highly recommend switching to the new design. Where required, we can provide the old design, but you will need to contact us by phone or email to confirm availability.
You CANNOT mix and match the “old” and new style bag suspender trays.
There is no change in pricing for the new design. The new bag suspender will increase precision on a level to level basis for some sample types.

The 101.2 Bag Weigh Holder is used to hold a filter bag open for easy insertion of the sample.
This part is especially useful during the weighing process.
Inside the zipper bag are desiccant packs that absorb moisture within the bag.
To avoid negatively impacting your assay results with unwanted moisture, use these assemblies to store filter bags while they are cooling after being dried.
The agitator moves the bag suspender up and down creating correct flow of solvent in and out of the filter bags during digestion. The packing set prevents the solution from leaking into the interior of the instrument. Refer to A200 Service Procedure 4 or ANKOM Packing Installation Part 1 for installation procedure.
The F12.5 assembly is used in the ANKOM A2000 and A200 fiber instruments.
This hardware is used to hold the digestion trays in place during instrument operation.
The filter bags and trays are made of materials that will float in the detergent solutions used during fiber analyses.
The 639.1 weight is placed on the bag suspender to hold the trays in place during the digestion process in the ANKOM A2000 and A200 fiber instruments.
This sample is to be used with the ANKOM A200/A200I and A2000/A2000I Fiber Analyzers. The purpose of the check sample is both to ensure proper function of the instrument and correct procedural technique. If your results do not meet the expected range, first check your procedural steps. If the method has been followed properly, contact ANKOM Technology at [email protected] or call 1-315-986-8090.
