Amylase is used for liquification of starch during Neutral Detergent Fiber analysis.
This A03 amylase container connects to the A2000 instrument and is used for dispensing amylase into the A2000 during the rinse cycle.
The Packing Set is used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It's purpose is to create a seal and keep solution from leaking from the vessel into the interior cabinet. This includes two lengths of graphite rope, graphite bushing and new PEEK bushing.
For the A200/A200i instruments, refer to document 04-Packing and Agitator Replacement (A200/A200i) shown below.
For the DELTA and A2000 instruments, refer to document 02-Packing and Agitator Replacement shown below.
The Agitator with packing Set is used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. This is used to replace a worn or pitted agitator and with the packng set creates a seal to keep soution from leaking from the vessel into the interior cabinet. This includes the agitator, two lengths of graphite rope, graphite bushing and PEEK bushing.
For the A200/A200i instruments, refer to document 04-Packing and Agitator Replacement (A200/A200i) shown below.
For the DELTA and A2000 instruments, refer to document 02-Packing and Agitator Replacement shown below.
The Brass Packing Nut is used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber Instruments. When properly tightened this ensures that the packing materials create a seal and prevent leaks from the vessel into the interior cabinet.

For the DELTA and A2000 instruments, refer to document 02-Packing and Agitator Replacement shown below.
The Drip Tray is part of the Maintenance Alert Assembly and is used in the DELTA, A200 and A2000 instruments. It functions as a collector for a fluid leak around the agitator, diverting it away from the motor.
The Agitator Apron is used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It serves to funnel fluid away from the motor and into the maintenance alert assembly.
The Bag Suspender w/weight is used within the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It is the entire array that holds the filter bags in the vessel and ensures proper circulation of solutions and uniform digestion of the samples.
This is a replacement upper tray for the bag suspender which is found in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. Eight of these are used in the bag suspender assembly.
The Kynar Tip and Washer assembly is used when the Kynar tip has bcome worn. It is located at the bottom of the bag suspender used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. A worn tip can inhibit proper agitation and should be replaced whenever significant wear is observed.
The Bag Suspender Rod w/Nut Assembly is used when damage to the rod or pitting has occurred. It runs through the middle of the bag suspender and holds the nine trays in place and is used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments.
The Bag Weight, machined is used on the top of the bag suspender within the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It is necessary to hold the trays in place, which in turn hold the filter bags in suspension, during the digestion process and agitation.
The Helical Coupler is used on the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It couples the agitator shaft with the motor to provide sample agitation within the vessel.

The A32 Fiber Optic Cable and Glass Tip DELTA/A2000 is part of the analog level sensing system in the DELTA and A2000. It is used in conjunction with the A29 Level Sensor Analog to detect and regulate the fill level within the vessel. Refer to Service Procedure AS009 for installation instructions.

Level Sensor (Analog) Cable and Glass Tip Replacement
The Glass Tip with O-ring is a part of the analog level sensing system in the DELTA, DELTAI, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. Found in the A32 Fiber Optic Cable & Glass Tip assembly, it is used to detect and regulate the fill level within the vessel.

Level Sensor (Analog) Cable and Glass Tip Replacement
The Temperature Probe w/ground terminal is used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. This probe provides an accurate vessel temperature which is displayed on the Ascon controller.
The ETS Snap Disc Thermostat is used in the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It interrupts power to the heating element in an over-temperature condition.
The Water Filter Assembly is found in the DELTA, DELTAI, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It is necessary for filtering the water before it enters the valves.
The valve seat is attached to the end of the valve piston within the solenoid supply valve used on the XT10, XT10I, XT15,XT15I, HCL, HCLI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, TDF & TDFI instruments.
This Viton® O-ring is used within the solenoid supply valves on the XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, TDF & TDFI instruments for proper sealing and replaces the valve body seal O-ring around the inside of the valve guide tube.
The Valve Spring is used inside the solenoid supply valves on the XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, TDF & TDFI instruments and is inserted inside the Valve Piston w/ Viton® Seal. Note: For XT10, XT10I, XT15 & XT15I - This spring cannot be used in valve Q5. For replacing the Q5 Valve Spring, order part X35.
The Valve Piston w/Viton® Seat is used inside the solenoid supply valves on the XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, TDF & TDFI instruments and is used to replace a damaged, worn or corroded component.
DELTA: found in the DELTA13 Vent Valve Assembly and DELTA?? Water Valve Assembly.
A2000: found in the A21 Water valve Assembly (Q6) and A22 Vent Valve Assembly (Q7).
XT10: found in the X62 Solvent Drain Valve Assembly (Q1, Q2, Q3) and X63 Water Valve Assembly (Q5, Q6).
XT15: found in the X61 Vent valve Assembly (Q7), X62 Solvent Drain Valve Assembly (Q1, Q2, Q3), X63 Water Valve Assembly (Q5, Q6), and X66 Fill Valve Assembly (Q4).
HCL: found in the H4 HCL Water Supply Valve Assembly (Q2).
TDF: found in the TDF25 Supply Valve Assembly (Water, Buffer, EtOH78, EtOH95).
The replacement Hose Coupler is used on the DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. It connects to the drain hose at the side of the instrument.
The LCD Screen Assembly is used in the XT10, XT15 & HCL Fat extractors and DELTA & A2000 Fiber Instruments. Mounted on the front of the instrument, this LCD screen displays temperature, time and other functions during an extraction or digestion.
The On/Off/Heat/Rotate Power Switch is used on the following ANKOM instruments: XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, RD, RDI, TDF, TDFI, D200, D200I, DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000, A2000I, FLEX & FLEXI. On the D200/D200I Daisy Incubator this switch also functions as the Heat and Rotate on/off switch.
The RFI Filter 120v/220v is a power receptacle used on the DELTA, DELTAI, A200I, A2000 and A2000I. It is not used on the A200. It is located on the side of the instrument and connects the instrument to a power source through a removable power cord.
This relay replaces part 6114 and controls power to the Ascon temperature controller, motor, and drain valve on the DELTA, DELTAI, A2000 & A2000I Fiber instruments. Also HCL & HCLI.
This solid state relay is used in the following ANKOM instruments: XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, TDF, TDFI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, FLEX, FLEXI. It is used to control power to the AC heaters.
This water heater, 120v can be used with the DELTA, DELTAI, A2000 or A2000I Fiber instruments. It provides the required hot rinse water for DELTA/A2000 operation. If you have a 220v connection, you will need to connect this water heater to a Voltage Transformer (part # 6227), sold separately.
This transformer is used to step up or down the voltage needed for a device. Since ANKOM provides a 120v Water Heater, this transformer is needed if you have a 220v power source.
The Moisture Stop Weigh Pouch contains a desiccant packet which absorbs moisture within the zipper bag. It is used when cooling and weighing filter bags to avoid unwanted absorption of moisture in the dried samples which would skew results.
This sample is to be used with the ANKOM DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000, and A2000I Fiber Analyzers. The purpose of the check sample is both to ensure proper function of the instrument and correct procedural technique. The 6048 quick disconnect fitting mounts onto either side of the upper enclosure of the A2000/A2000i Fiber Analyzers. The part is used to connect to the detergent solution cubetainers.
This shelving assembly provides a turn-key system for holding chemical cubetainers at the correct heights for use with the A2000 Automated Fiber Analyzer. Refer to Service Procedure 24 for assembly.
If you are using cubetainers for your fiber analyses, the chemicals must move from the cubetainers to the instrument.
This tubing connects a cubetainer to port A or B to deliver chemicals to the instrument.
This container can be used for storing solvents when not in use.
When the instrument is properly configured, a cubitainer can also be used for automatically dispensing solvents during an assay.

The DELTA01 Maintenance Alert Assembly is used in the DELTA and A2000 instruments. It includes the Drip Tray w/plugged drain hole (692), Agitator Apron (638.7) and Brass washer and functions as a collector for a fluid leak, diverting it away from the motor. It also serves as an indicator of when to tighten or replace the packing.
