Amylase is used for liquification of starch during Neutral Detergent Fiber analysis.
This A03 amylase container connects to the A2000 instrument and is used for dispensing amylase into the A2000 during the rinse cycle.
This sealing device is used to prevent solution from leaking into the interior cabinet. Refer to A200 Service Procedure 4 or ANKOM Packing Installation Part 1 for installation procedure.
The 101.2 Bag Weigh Holder is used to hold a filter bag open for easy insertion of the sample.
This part is especially useful during the weighing process.
Inside the zipper bag are desiccant packs that absorb moisture within the bag.
To avoid negatively impacting your assay results with unwanted moisture, use these assemblies to store filter bags while they are cooling after being dried.
The agitator moves the bag suspender up and down creating correct flow of solvent in and out of the filter bags during digestion. The packing set prevents the solution from leaking into the interior of the instrument. Refer to A200 Service Procedure 4 or ANKOM Packing Installation Part 1 for installation procedure.
The F12.5 assembly is used in the ANKOM DELTA and A200 fiber instruments.
This hardware is used to hold the digestion trays in place during instrument operation.
The filter bags and trays are made of materials that will float in the detergent solutions used during fiber analyses.
The 639.1 weight is placed on the bag suspender to hold the trays in place during the digestion process in the ANKOM DELTA and A200 fiber instruments.
This sample is to be used with the ANKOM DELTA/DELTAI and A200/A200I Fiber Analyzers. The purpose of the check sample is both to ensure proper function of the instrument and correct procedural technique. If your results do not meet the expected range, first check your procedural steps. If the method has been followed properly, contact ANKOM Technology at www.ankom.com/contact/analytical-services or call 1-315-986-8090.
The 6048 quick disconnect fitting mounts onto either side of the upper enclosure of the A2000/A2000i Fiber Analyzers. The part is used to connect to the detergent solution cubetainers.
This shelving assembly provides a turn-key system for holding chemical cubetainers at the correct heights for use with the A2000 Automated Fiber Analyzer. Refer to Service Procedure 24 for assembly.
If you are using cubetainers for your fiber analyses, the chemicals must move from the cubetainers to the instrument.
This tubing connects a cubetainer to port A or B to deliver chemicals to the instrument.
This container can be used for storing solvents when not in use.
When the instrument is properly configured, a cubitainer can also be used for automatically dispensing solvents during an assay.
CUBITAINER® is a disposable flexible package. It can be easily rinsed and re-used given the semi-rigid construction.
CUBITAINER® is the registered trademark of Zacros America
The A32 Fiber Optic Cable and Glass Tip DELTA/A2000 is part of the analog level sensing system in the DELTA and A2000. It is used in conjunction with the A29 Level Sensor Analog to detect and regulate the fill level within the vessel. Refer to Service Procedure AS009 for installation instructions.

Level Sensor (Analog) Cable and Glass Tip Replacement
The Internal Drain Hose Assembly with check valves delivers necessary chemicals for each assay. Included in the assembly are tubes that drain chemicals after their use.
The A29 Level Sensor, DELTA/A2000 is part of the analog level sensing system in the DELTA and A2000. It is used in conjunction with the A32 Fiber Optic Cable & Glass Tip to detect and regulate the fill level within the vessel. NOTE: A2000 Instruments purchased prior to 2009 may have a digital level sensor.
Contact ANKOM Technology at https://www.ankom.com/contact/technical-servicesif you need assistance with determining which sensor type (analog or digital) to order.
