The valve seat is attached to the end of the valve piston within the solenoid supply valve used on the XT10, XT10I, XT15,XT15I, HCL, HCLI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, TDF & TDFI instruments.
This Viton® O-ring is used within the solenoid supply valves on the XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, TDF & TDFI instruments for proper sealing and replaces the valve body seal O-ring around the inside of the valve guide tube.
The Valve Spring is used inside the solenoid supply valves on the XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, TDF & TDFI instruments and is inserted inside the Valve Piston w/ Viton® Seal. Note: For XT10, XT10I, XT15 & XT15I - This spring cannot be used in valve Q5. For replacing the Q5 Valve Spring, order part X35.
The ANKOM RD Dryer 120v 50/60 HZ is designed to dry samples and resist corrosion. The following two filters can be used with the RD Dryer depending on your application:
1) The RD1 Dryer Activated Carbon Filter is used when drying filter bags before and after a fat extraction using an ANKOMXT15 or ANKOMXT10 Extractor.
2) The RD2 Dryer Neutralizing Filter is used when drying filter bags after a hydrolysis operation is done with an ANKOMHCl Hydrolysis System.

Located on the top of the dryer, this filter is used when drying filter bags before and after a fat extraction done with an ANKOMXT10 or an ANKOMXT15 Extractor.
The LCD Screen Assembly is used in the XT10, XT15 & HCL Fat extractors and DELTA & A2000 Fiber Instruments. Mounted on the front of the instrument, this LCD screen displays temperature, time and other functions during an extraction or digestion.
The On/Off/Heat/Rotate Power Switch is used on the following ANKOM instruments: XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, RD, RDI, TDF, TDFI, D200, D200I, DELTA, DELTAI, A200, A200I, A2000, A2000I, FLEX & FLEXI. On the D200/D200I Daisy Incubator this switch also functions as the Heat and Rotate on/off switch.
This solid state relay is used in the following ANKOM instruments: XT10, XT10I, XT15, XT15I, HCL, HCLI, TDF, TDFI, DELTA, DELTAI, A2000, A2000I, FLEX, FLEXI. It is used to control power to the AC heaters.
This Fat sample is to be used with our XT15/XT10/HCl instruments. The purpose of the check sample is both to ensure proper function of the instrument and correct procedural technique. If your results do not meet the expected range, first check your procedural steps. This 10amp fuse is used in 120v AC input to the HCl, XT10 and XT15 and in both TDF and TDFI on the DC output lines from the power supply. Used to protect against power surges.
Ideally you want to remove as much acid as possible from samples before drying them.
When using the blotter, you can remove a maximum amount of acid from the samples after completing the HCL extraction, and before drying in the dryer.
The HCL Extraction Chamber must be sealed during an assay.
The H3 lid seals the Extraction Chamber in the HCL instrument.
This assembly does not include the latch that secures the lid to the instrument.
