What methods does the XT15 run?

The ANKOM XT15 Extractor runs the official method AOCS Am 5-04. During the collaborative testing for our XT Extractors, our fat results were compared to AOCS Ba 3-38 (residual oil content) and AOAC 920.39 (Soxhlet w diethyl ether). No, there are no plans to seek AOAC Official Method status.
