Which official methods does the ANKOM FLEX analysis reference?

The preprogrammed vitamin methods are based on a combination of the following official methods: AOAC 2011.07, EN-12823-1, EN-12822, and EN-17547. 

The preprogrammed method for total fat involves hydrochloric acid hydrolysis, followed by extraction with hexane. The extracted solvent is purified from unwanted compounds using SPE technology, the solvent is evaporated, and fat is retained and measured gravimetrically.
