ANKOM RF Gas Production System
Part #
Wireless Gas Production Measurement
The ANKOM RF Gas Production System provides an easy-to-use method for monitoring and measuring gas production.
Samples and microbes (or other fermentation sources) are placed in the bottles; the RF sensor module is attached and placed in an incubator. The pressure of each bottle can be measured at user-selected time intervals. Pressure measurements are recorded on a standard Excel spreadsheet and gas production curves are generated. Pressure can be output in psi or bar.
Any application requiring the monitoring of gas production or vacuum (BOD) can be supported. Each module supports gas sampling and optional liquid sampling during the process.
- Easily measure kinetics of microbial metabolism
- Modular and expandable
- High-sensitivity pressure measurement
- Remotely control pressure release
- Real-time data interface with Excel for graphing
- Gas sampling capability
Multiple Applications:
- Ruminant Nutrition
- Non-ruminant Animal Nutrition
- Human Digestion
- Yeast Vitality/Activity
- Dough Rising Power
- Biomass to Energy
- Biodegradability
- Soil Quality, and more.
Change the bottle size on your order for an additional $21.00 per bottle. Bottle sizes include: 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, and 1,000ml and are available with or without septa ports. Please specify bottle size and septa port configuration at the time of the order.
GEN 3: ANKOM has officially released the new GEN 3 RF Gas Production System. The new GEN 3 system includes software and component changes that are not compatible with the older GEN 2 software and components.
